Returns + Refunds

 

When purchasing online, select carefully, as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, email us at btrinfo@bendtherules.com.au and we will be happy to help. BeND THE RULeS Shop products are made by skilled artisans in small batches, therefore our towels are one-off products and some variation between the same or similar products may occur. This is not considered a fault, but rather a testimony of the towel's authenticity.  

Our Turkish Towels, Beach Towels, Blankets, Throws, Shawls, Scarves and Table Cloths go through comprehensive quality control and quality check phases. All this ensures we offer our customers nothing but the best quality products, that can serve them for a long time to come. Should a faulty towel slip by our quality check process, its return should occur within 5 days of receipt. We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange. To report a faulty item, email the details of the damage and an image to btrinfo@bendtherules.com.au, and quote your Order Number. Sale items and samples are not returnable or refundable. BeND THE RULeS is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, so we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

Note, we do not offer exchanges or returns on “change of mind” goods.
