All our towels are Oeko-Tex® certified, which is especially beneficial for people with sensitive skin, small children and babies. They are one-off products, produced in small batches, through artisan processes.

What is Oeko-Tex® certification?
Our towels are certified according to the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. This is one of the world's best-known certifications for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety.

Generally our products ship within 1-3 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $100, otherwise shipping is a $12 flat rate. We ship via Australia Post - Parcel Post. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. All orders ship from South Australia. The Parcel Post delivery service delivers in 2 or more business days. Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. They are also based on the day of shipping, not placement of order. Slightly longer delivery times may be experienced during peak periods such as End of Season SALES, Black Friday and Christmas or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable and beyond BeND THE RULeS’ reasonable control. BeND THE RULeS does not dispatch orders on weekends or South Australian public holidays and currently we only ship to Australian addresses.
